Since the mid 1970's, Mr. Ammermann has been involved in the surveying profession, and his firm has served all of Polk County and Western Hillsborough County since 1988. We have in recent years added statewide coverage for select jobs. Since inception, numerous projects for industry, architects, engineers, developers, housing contractors, government, attorneys, financial institutions, and the public have been completed in the following areas:

Current technology is kept abreast to provide our clients with quality performance. Crews fully equipped to handle client developmental projects are readily available, as well as a dedicated crew for new housing layout and surveys for closing. Turn around time for field scheduling is usually one to three days, however crew time to meet any emergency need will be made available.
Statutory Workers' Compensation and Employer Liability Insurance is maintained, as well as, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance with bodily injury limits of at least $1,000,000/$1,000,000 and property damage limits of $100,000, Errors & Omission Insurance with limits of $500,000.
